Hose Reels Make Good Podcasts

Whilst searching for my favorite music and radio shows to download to my iPod I came accross this fun Gardening Podcast. The makers of these cool and clever auto rewinding hose reels have been featured on the audio superhighway.

I have purchased the No Crank Reel Smart with the swivel unit and used 3 times only. The hose currently is stuck between the reel wind up and the plastic housing. Five foot of the garden hose is unwound lying on he lawn but none of the wound up hose can be pulled out. I have check the wind up selector at ” Rest” and “windup”, but never selection will release the garden hose. I have contacted Customer support 3 times in 2 weeks and no one returned my call. All my plants are dying due the hot spell we are having. I can’t get my garden hose out. Very unreliable unit.
